A community of people who are pursuing day and night prayer and the uniting of the body of Christ at asu

Yo

This has been an action packed week, filled with flying ninjas and exploding dinosaurs.

Ok, in actuality, this week has been action packed because of a very special guest, Tom Short visiting the campus. (Check him out at www.shortreport.com) This dude goes from campus to campus preaching the Gospel in his unique style. What makes it unique is that unlike some of the guys that do this, he is very respectful to everyone, no matter how much they may disagree. Today it got to the point that he even some atheists and such arguing on his side against a very rude heckler.

I love what Tom does because I'm a bit more of a soft spoken guy, and I don't think I could do anything quite like that, but he is out in the heat of it. Quite admirable. However, I try to do my part with the gifts God has given me by working the crowds, siddling up beside people and chatting it up with them, spreading the love of Jesus in that way.

So it has been fun times this week sharing the Gospel and meeting other Christians who are out doing the same or who just came to observe. I think five people gave their lives to Christ this week, and many more seeds were planted.

How then can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" Romans 10:14-15
