A community of people who are pursuing day and night prayer and the uniting of the body of Christ at asu

he speaks in the deserts.

About six months ago God put on my heart six girls that had walked with me in my life for some time, but did not know Jesus as their Lord. I wrote them down and prayed for them often. Within the first month the first girl on my list came to know Jesus(God is so faithful!) The next four girls on the list all go to ASU.I havent really been apart of their lives for a few years now. For the past few months I have been asking God for opportunities to share his truth with them and for their hearts to be opened and that divine appointments would be made. Everytime I walked into danforth to pray God would lay these girls so heavily in my heart. About three weeks ago, God spoke intimately to me about each one of them. He told me he was preparing their hearts. That my brothers and sisters around me were praying fervently for them (for this campus and the people on the campus) and that I needed to not pursue, but wait patiently for them. SO! Since then, EACH one of those four girls has seperately called me. One called me and told me she needed to talk to me, that she as lonely and wanted to know where I find my strength.... Another called and asked me to come over and pray for her family that is struggling. Sarah(another girl) called me one day while we were worshipping on the lawn and I happened to hear the phone and pick up . She told me her heart hurt for some reason right then and she needed to talk.... Since then I have been able to meet and talk with each girl and share with them about Jesus!!!!!God is breaking down their hearts, all at different rates. But it is happening and ALL ofthem want to know more about him! God hears our prayers for this campus!!!!! He is reviving and calling hearts all over campus.. Be encouraged. Be strong and courageous and KEEP BATTLING!

"Therefore I am now going to allure her: I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her. " There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. There she will sing as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt.
"In that day," declares the LORD, "you will call me 'my husband';you will no longer call me 'my master. ' I will remove the names of the Baals from her lips; no longer will their names be invoked. "Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her. "

The Lord has put that scripture on my heart and i was just searching for what it means cause' im what you would call a "christian/sunday christian". But i no longer want it to be like that,God personally spoke to me. A Revelation!!! Bucket loads of blessings!!!
